This website is operated by Kymura LLC. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Kymura LLC, operating under the brand SoundVow.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

1. Personal Use License (Standard/Free Tiers) Unless a Commercial License is explicitly purchased, all generated media (including custom songs, audio, images, and video) provided by SoundVow is granted under a perpetual, non-exclusive license for personal use only. This includes:

  • Playing or displaying the media at private events (weddings, parties, memorials).

  • Sharing the media on personal, non-monetized social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with credit to SoundVow.

  • Gifting the media to friends or family.

2. Commercial Restrictions (Standard Tiers) Under a Personal Use License, you may not resell the content, upload it to streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music) for profit, use it in paid television/digital commercials, or use it to promote a business. You may not claim copyright ownership of the composition, recording, or generated visual assets.

3. Commercial Rights License (Paid/Premium Tiers) Users who purchase a designated "Commercial Tier" or "Commercial Rights License" at checkout are granted a broad, commercial-use license. This allows you to monetize, resell, and use the generated audio, images, or video for business, advertising, and profitable streaming purposes. Please note: Due to current global copyright laws regarding Artificial Intelligence, Kymura LLC cannot guarantee that you will be able to register a formal government copyright on purely AI-generated outputs.

4. Platform Ownership Kymura LLC retains all underlying rights to our proprietary generation processes, software, and the raw musical/visual compositions to ensure we can continually showcase our portfolio, train our systems, and protect our platform's operational integrity.

ACCEPTABLE USE & PROHIBITED CONTENT To maintain a safe and respectful environment, you agree not to use our AI generators (text, audio, image, or video) to create, request, or distribute content that includes:

  • Hate Speech & Discrimination: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, promotes discrimination, or uses racial, ethnic, or religious slurs.

  • Explicit Content: Sexually explicit material, nudity, or highly suggestive content.

  • Extreme Violence & Harm: Graphic violence, self-harm, or illegal acts.

  • Copyright Infringement: Prompts designed to steal or exactly mimic the copyrighted works, voices, or likenesses of real, unauthorized public figures or third-party artists.

Kymura LLC reserves the right to immediately cancel orders, terminate accounts, and refuse refunds for any user who attempts to generate prohibited content.

AI GENERATION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Artificial Intelligence Acknowledgment SoundVow utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence to generate custom audio, images, and video ("Generated Content"). Because this content is generated dynamically based on user-provided text prompts, names, and instructions, the outputs are unique and unpredictable.

2. User Responsibility & Indemnification You, the user, take full and sole responsibility for the prompts and text you input into our system. Kymura LLC acts strictly as a technological conduit and assumes no liability for how you choose to use the Generated Content. By using our service, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Kymura LLC and the SoundVow brand completely harmless against any legal claims, damages, or copyright disputes brought by third parties that arise from your specific text inputs or your subsequent misuse of the Generated Content.
