Because our products are highly personalized digital audio files, our return and refund policy works a little differently than a traditional retail store, but it is designed entirely to protect you.
Our Promise to You: If you receive your custom song and it isn't everything you hoped it would be, you are fully covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
How It Works:

The 48-Hour Review: Once your final song is delivered to your inbox, you have 2 days (48 hours) to listen to it and make sure you love it.

Revisions First: If there is something you want adjusted, simply reach out to us within those 2 days. We will work closely with you to revise the song until it perfectly captures your vision.

Full Refund: If, after our revision process, we still cannot get your song exactly right, we will issue a full 100% refund for your digital track. No hard feelings.
How to Request Help or a Refund: To start a revision or request a refund, please email us directly at info@soundvow.com with your order number within 2 days of receiving your track. Our team will respond quickly to make things right.
(Please note: If your order includes a physical item, such as a custom vinyl record, the physical portion is non-refundable once it has been sent to manufacturing. However, the digital song creation is always fully covered by our guarantee).
