Digital Delivery Policy At SoundVow, our primary custom song creations are 100% Digital. Your final custom song and digital artwork will be delivered directly to your email inbox via a secure download link. The files (MP3/WAV and PDF/JPG) can be downloaded immediately to your phone or computer.

Physical Keepsakes (Vinyl Records & CDs): We have partnered with a premium physical pressing facility to provide you with the highest quality heirloom Vinyl and CDs at the lowest possible price.

You are not charged for physical items at checkout.

Once your digital song and custom artwork are perfectly mastered, we will email you a private, VIP link.

From that link, you can design your physical packaging and order your Vinyl or CD directly from our pressing partner. They will print and ship the physical item directly to your door!
